What do I need to bring?

On the day a range of information will be provided for you, including brochures, New Build HomeBuy leaflets, price lists and solicitor details.

Reservation fee

It costs £200.00 to reserve a property on the day. This money will then be subtracted from the amount payable upon completion of the sale. Please note that once the financial interview has been successfully completed, the cheque becomes non-refundable. All cheques should be made payable to Catalyst Housing Ltd, with your property details on the back.

Solicitor details

Catalyst Houisng works with a number of accredited solicitors who are experienced in New Build HomeBuy. If you have not got a solicitor already you will need to instruct one before you attend your interview. It is essential for the smooth passage of your purchase that the firm that represents you is customer focused, highly competent and also knowledgeable in the Affordable Housing Sector. For that reason we have a panel of firms that we recommend our clients to use.

Financial Interview Documents

Please note if you have been asked to attend a financial interview at our offices in London we can take photocopies for you. However if you are meeting us at one of our shared ownership sites, then you will need to bring the original documents and photocopies.
